Job summary

ESOL Global in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst specializing in Payments and Integrations to join onsite. • 8+ years in banking/financial services BA.
• Mandatory UAE Banking and Payments experience.

Detailed Job Description:

As a Technical Business Analyst at ESOL Global, you will take full ownership of bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical development squads within the wholesale and transaction banking sector in Dubai. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities encompass analyzing complex payment workflows, designing H2H and SWIFT FileAct integrations, managing API connectivity, and executing TAS and RERA integration specifications. You will author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and detailed user stories while driving UAT and SIT testing support. Working in a fast‑paced banking environment, you will ensure rigorous compliance with UAE banking regulations, evaluate corporate‑to‑ERP (SAP) integration touchpoints, and facilitate seamless end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical payment modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis, system scoping, and functional requirement gathering for wholesale and transaction banking projects.
• Architect and analyze modern payment ecosystem workflows, including SWIFT MT/MX, FTS, and AANI real‑time payment rails.
• Design and support H2H (Host-to-Host) and SWIFT FileAct enterprise integrations.
• Manage corporate‑to‑bank integration channels via secure APIs and SFTP protocols.
• Configure and oversee TAS (Trade and Agency Services) and RERA regulatory integration pipelines.
• Perform detailed API analysis, database querying using SQL, and enterprise integration architecture reviews.
• Author precise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and agile user stories.
• Provide hands‑on testing support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE banking standards, escrow account protocols, and regulatory reporting mandates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of professional business analysis and technical implementation experience within the banking and financial services sector.
• Mandatory hands‑on professional experience within the UAE Banking and Payments ecosystem.
• Deep technical knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX standards, FTS, AANI, H2H, and SWIFT FileAct integrations.
• Proven expertise in corporate‑to‑bank integrations (API / SFTP) and TAS/RERA regulatory modules.
• Strong proficiency in API analysis, SQL database querying, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Excellent technical writing skills with a track record of producing clear BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
