Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Digital Banking Business Analyst to collect and analyse business requirements for internet & mobile banking, payments and related integrations. You will produce BRDs, FRDs and user stories, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and support UAT and solution validation to ensure delivery meets business needs.

You will work with project managers, IT and QA teams in a fast-paced banking environment, applying knowledge of digital banking

Qualifications

Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Experience developing Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Ability to write clear and structured user stories.
Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams and external software vendors.
Knowledge of requirements walkthroughs and gap analysis.
Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and services.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements from relevant banking stakeholders.
Analyse business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements.
Identify functional requirements for digital banking platforms and related services.
Document requirements accurately to support solution development and testing.
