Job summary

Dicetek is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst for a full-time on-site role in the UAE. You will bridge business and technical teams, shaping requirements for banking and credit card platforms, leading transformation efforts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Finance, Business Admin, IS or related field.
5+ years of experience as Techno-Functional BA in banking/financial services.
Proven expertise in core banking transformations and credit card systems.
Strong knowledge of payment gateways, credit card processing, and ledgers.
Experience in requirements engineering, functional specs, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
Fluent English communication; strong written skills.
Willingness to work on-site in the UAE with immediate availability.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, document, and manage detailed business requirements, functional specs, and user stories for banking platforms.
Lead digital banking and core banking transformation initiatives, credit card system implementations, and workflow designs.
Bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical squads.
Conduct gap analysis, business process re-engineering, and impact assessments for financial systems.
Coordinate and execute UAT, scenario validation, and defect triage workflows.
Prepare detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, data mapping documents, and executive reports.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security standards.
Facilitate agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with clear technical direction.
