Job summary

ESOL Global in Dubai is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst (Banking) with 9+ years of fintech experience to define precise requirements, map complex data flows, and design robust digital banking solutions.

You will own BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and end-to-end processes, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure API integrations with core banking modernization initiatives in a regulatory-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• 9+ years as Technical Business Analyst in banking/fintech.
• Mandatory UAE banking domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document BRDs, FRDs, FSDs, and Agile user stories.
• Design REST APIs, SOAP services, and data exchange payloads.
• Create source-to-target data mappings and data flow diagrams.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, and ensure regulatory compliance.
