Job summary

Seer Solutions in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Advanced Solution Engineer to build and grow the Payments Product Team on-site. You will lead onboarding, document flows, and design scalable payment systems with secure architectures and PCI DSS alignment.

Collaborating with vendor, security, infrastructure, and PMO teams, you will implement microservices, ISO 8583 channels, and gateway connections, while mentoring engineers and driving internal product ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 7–10 years software development experience.
• 3–5 years in payment systems/fintech or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable payment services and transaction processing.
• Lead payment channel integrations (ISO 8583, HTTP/REST, gateways).
• Document workflows, routing, settlement, reconciliation.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance and secure coding practices.
• Mentor engineers and drive internal product ownership.
