Job summary
XAD Technologies in Dubai seeks a capable Business Analyst to translate commercial and product initiatives into actionable, compliant requirements, bridging Commercial, Product, Technology, UI/UX and Compliance teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid setups.
The ideal candidate has solid BA experience in fintech payments, strong stakeholder facilitation, and proficiency with BRD/FRD/FSD, BPMN 2.0 and API-driven integrations, enabling scalable customer
Qualifications
- Experience in fintech/payments or digital banking
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid delivery
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and influencing
- Experience with wallets, card issuing/processing, or regulated fintech platforms
- UAE financial services regulatory exposure preferred
- CBAP/CCBA/CSPO/PSPO, Agile/Scrum, PMP, BPMN, ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS exposure advantageous
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, prioritize, document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Produce BA artefacts including BRD, FRD/FSD, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and use cases.
- Perform As-Is/To-Be, gap and impact analyses.
- Work across Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, traceability and UAT.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business need to implementation.
