Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a Payment Onboarding Specialist in Dubai, UAE, to join our Forex/Fintech team. The role focuses on onboarding and integration with payment providers, merchants, and clients, ensuring smooth, compliant setups.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Payment Onboarding experience, strong knowledge of PSPs, payment gateways, and CRM usage, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Onboarding.
• Experience in the Forex Trading, Fintech, or Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways, and payment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants, and clients.
• Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding operations.
• Monitor and maintain onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and account setup processes.
• Handle payment-related issues, escalations, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Update and manage client records using CRM systems and payment tools.
