Job summary

PioneerVision is seeking an experienced Payment Onboarding Specialist to support our Forex/Fintech operations in Dubai. You will manage onboarding, partner coordination, and documentation for PSPs and clients, ensuring smooth integrations and compliant processes.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and hands-on CRM and payment platform experience in a fast-paced environment. Visa and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Payment Onboarding
• Previous experience in Forex Trading, Fintech, or Financial Services industry is required
• Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways, and payment operations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems and payment platforms/tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants, and clients
• Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding operations
• Monitor and maintain onboarding documentation, compliance checks, and account setup processes
• Handle payment-related issues, escalations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
• Update and manage client records using CRM systems and payment tools
