Job summary

Acesoft Labs (India) Pvt Ltd in UAE seeks an experienced Payments Engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable payment solutions for digital banking and financial services. You will work across payment processing, gateways, APIs, and microservices.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Payments/FinTech/Banking technology.
• Strong software development experience in Java/Spring Boot or equivalent backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience developing REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable payment processing applications and services.
• Develop and integrate payment APIs, gateways, and financial systems.
• Build secure and highly available payment processing workflows.
• Develop microservices for payment authorization, processing, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction management.
• Integrate with banks, PSPs, card networks, wallets, and third-party payment platforms.
• Implement real-time transaction processing and payment-status management.
• Ensure payment applications meet security, availability, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Security Teams, and Banking FinTech stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payments Engineer to design develop integrate and maintain secure and scalable payment solutions for digital banking and financial services environments The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in payment processing payment gateways APIs microservices transaction processing and banking integrations Experience with digital payments payment networks ISO standards and PCI DSS will be highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable payment processing applications and services
• Develop and integrate payment APIs gateways and financial systems
• Build secure and highly available payment processing workflows
• Develop microservices for payment authorization processing settlement reconciliation and transaction management
• Integrate with banks payment service providers card networks wallets and third-party payment platforms
• Implement real-time transaction processing and payment-status management
• Develop mechanisms for payment validation authorization routing settlement and reconciliation
• Implement transaction monitoring logging audit trails and exception handling
• Troubleshoot payment failures transaction discrepancies and integration issues
