Essential qualifications include Grade 12 and 2–3 years in customer services, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a customer services role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment.
• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12).
• Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably within medical science, finance / accounting.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process.
• Effectively manage the medical insurance process and other related tasks.
• Manage the billing and cash up process.
• Consistently meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service.
