Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed (essential).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in medical science, finance or accounting preferred.
• 2–3 years in a customer service role, healthcare preferred.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM software, and hospital information systems.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and process.
• Numerical literacy and attention to detail.
