Job summary

Mediclinic International Abu Dhabi is seeking a patient administrator to streamline appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing processes while ensuring high-quality service in a busy healthcare environment.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer services, knowledge of medical insurance procedures, and proficiency in hospital information systems and MS Office. A Grade 12 is mandatory; higher education in medical science or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential: Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
• Desired: Tertiary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably within medical science, finance / accounting
• Essential: 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer services role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Desired: Experience in a Contact Centre or Healthcare environment
