Job summary

Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients through their care journey, coordinating appointments, follow-ups and information flow across clinical and administrative teams. The role emphasizes timely patient follow-up and a seamless care pathway within the unit or program.

You will ensure a patient-centred experience with clear guidance, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity, while maintaining accurate records and liaising with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus a formal accredited 6-month healthcare course or Nursing diploma.
• Certification or training in patient services, healthcare communication or care coordination is desirable.
• Additional training in cultural sensitivity, patient experience or hospitality is preferred.
