Job summary

You will work under the Patient Relations Supervisor, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and smooth clinic operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Experience handling medical insurance claims and invoicing.
• Proven cash handling and reconciliation skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support to patients, including insurance, appointments and invoicing.
• Process medical insurance claims and ensure accurate coding and billing.
• Maintain cash handling, reconcile payments and issue receipts.
• Deliver high-level customer service and guide patients through clinic processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure data accuracy.
