Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate flow of medical information between physicians, patients and third-party payers.
• Submit and follow up on claims, verify CPT codes and ensure proper documentation.
• Invoicing services per agreed prices and prepare billing statements.
• Maintain clinic financial records; manage cash handling and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with billing inquiries.
• Support in ensuring regulatory compliance and data confidentiality.
