We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Call Center Telesales Specialist to join our healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients. Your main goal is to handle incoming and outgoing calls, promote clinic services, convert leads into booked appointments, and achieve monthly sales targets while delivering high-standard patient care.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role—preferably within a medical, dental, or aesthetic clinic.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite, empathetic phone etiquette.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer applications.
Sales Drive: Target-oriented mindset with proven skills in persuasion, upselling, and closing appointments
Lead Conversion: Contact new and existing leads via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and SMS.
Service Promotion: Explain clinic treatments, packages, aesthetic procedures, and promotional offers clearly.
Appointment Booking: Manage inbound and outbound inquiries to schedule patient consultations with doctors and specialists.
Follow-Ups: Follow up with missed appointments, inactive leads, and post-treatment patients to encourage retention and referrals.
CRM Management: Log and update all patient interactions, feedback, and booking statuses accurately in the clinic's CRM system.
