Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Patient Sales professional to manage multi-channel enquiries and convert them into confirmed, paid appointments. You will explain services, engage with potential patients, and collaborate with reception and marketing to ensure a smooth patient journey.

With a minimum of 2 years in private healthcare sales and strong English communication, you will track performance and contribute to achieving sales KPIs in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in private healthcare sales.
• Proven success converting enquiries into appointments via telephone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
• Confident discussing pricing and treatments to secure payments.
• Excellent follow-up, organisation and communication skills.
• Outstanding spoken and written English.
• Experience using a CRM or patient management system.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE healthcare sector preferred.

Follow up all patient enquiries to maximise appointment conversions

Explain Clinic s services treatments and healthcare packages clearly and professionally

Convert enquiries into confirmed and paid appointments

Manage enquiries relating to weight loss programmes health checks blood tests memberships and other clinic services

Follow up outstanding and historic leads to generate new bookings

Handle patient questions concerns and pricing enquiries with confidence and professionalism

Support and mentor junior patient sales team members where required

Maintain accurate lead records and update the clinic s CRM or patient management system

Work closely with the clinical reception and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey

Produce daily reports on enquiries conversions bookings and sales performance

A minimum of 2 years' experience in private healthcare sales.

Proven success converting telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries into appointments.

Confidence discussing pricing, treatment options, and securing payments.
