Job summary

Dr Joy Dental Clinic in Dubai is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, patient journeys, scheduling, and revenue management. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across Front Desk, coordinators, nurses and doctors to ensure high service levels.

The role requires driving growth, improving treatment plan conversion, and meeting operational KPIs while complying with DHA regulations and clinic policies. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as Practice/Clinic Manager in Dubai/UAE.
• Deep knowledge of dental clinic operations and patient journey.
• Experience leading Front Desk, coordinators, nurses and doctors.
• Track record in revenue growth and KPI improvement.
• Familiar with DHA regulations and clinic policies.
• Strong leadership, communication and people skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and implement action plans.
• Experience handling patient feedback and satisfaction.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or Healthcare Operations Manager in Dubai/UAE
• Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, patient journey, scheduling, insurance processes, and revenue management
• Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including Front Desk, Treatment Coordinators, Nurses, and Doctors
• Experience in driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, treatment plan conversion, and operational KPIs
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, healthcare compliance, and clinic policies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve clinic performance
• Experience handling patient complaints and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction
• Proficient in clinic management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
• Preferred: Previous experience in a high-volume dental group in the UAE
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking would be an advantage
