Job summary

American Hospital Dubai seeks a frontline receptionist to manage patient registration, scheduling, and cashiering in the Medical Imaging Department. The role requires strong customer service skills, two years in a hospital receptionist role, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years as receptionist in a hospital setting.
• English language fluency in speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of JCIA standards is beneficial.
• Customer service and cashiering skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-in patients and ensure timely arrival.
• Process pre-registration forms and update EMR with accurate data.
• Verify insurance and finance details and collect payments.
• Answer calls, screen patient information, and coordinate appointments.
• Liaise with Insurance and Finance departments and manage cashier reports.
