Job summary

NMC in Sharjah is seeking a front desk receptionist to warmly greet patients, guide them to the right services and support billing at the point of care.

You will handle cash and card payments, enter services in the EMR, generate invoices, issue receipts, and maintain accurate statistics on promotions while answering customer queries.

The role requires a college diploma and good communication skills; prior experience in a clinical front desk is a plus. This is an on-site position in the UAE.

Qualifications

• College Diploma in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a proper manner.
• Receive payment by cash & credit card.
• Enter services in the EMR according to policies & protocols.
• Generate invoices for cash & insurance.
• Issue receipts, provide refunds and balance to customers.
• Identify prices of services & tabulate bills in EMR.
• Count money in cash drawers at the start of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Tally cash and credit sales at day end with EMR.
• Maintain statistics on promotions and campaigns in authorized format.
• Provide information to customer queries.
• Notify management of billing system issues.
