Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced culinary professional to lead daily food production across the hotel's outlets, ensuring top-quality products and strict adherence to recipes and plating guides.

You will work with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on promotions, menu costing, equipment maintenance, staff training, and maintaining HACCP standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• Has 4-5 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.

Responsibilities

• In charge of daily food production in outlet and ensure top-quality products per hotel standards.
• Ensure standard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times.
• Provide daily market list to Sous Chef and inspect goods to guarantee quality and quantity.
• Assist Executive/Sous Chef with new cuisine concepts and menu costing.
• Maintain HACCP and organization of kitchen workflow, equipment and safety.
