Job summary

DEAL Holdings in Dubai seeks a skilled Chef de Partie - Pastry to lead a pastry section, produce high‑quality pastries, desserts, breads and viennoiserie, and ensure adherence to recipes, presentation, and food safety standards.

You will support the Head Pastry Chef, supervise junior staff, manage mise en place, stock and wastage, and participate in pre‑opening activities for new sites, while maintaining calm under pressure in a fast‑paced luxury kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of pastry experience in a hotel, restaurant, bakery, or other professional hospitality environment.
• CDP level experience or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, and presentation.
• Familiarity with HACCP and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, breads, and viennoiserie to spec.
• Own and manage assigned pastry section, ensuring on-time prep and service.
• Organise mise en place for service and section readiness.
• Support stock control, wastage management, and quality checks.
