Job summary

Azure Dine & Hire in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead dessert production, create new menu items, and uphold the highest standards of presentation.

You will work with the Head Chef, train juniors, manage inventories, and ensure food safety while delivering visually appealing pastries. The role requires at least 3 years of pastry experience and a culinary background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques such as baking, decorating, chocolate work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail to create visually appealing desserts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create pastries, desserts, and sweet treats according to recipes.
• Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients or customer requests.
