Alfa-Executive Solutions seeks an experienced Parts & Service Manager to lead Aftersales Operations across the UAE. The role focuses on parts management, inventory control, procurement, stock optimisation and delivering strong service support for construction equipment in Dubai.

You will manage procurement, supplier relationships, set KPIs, and develop the parts team to ensure high productivity, accuracy and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Formación

• Proven experience in Parts Management or Parts & Service Management in construction equipment or related industries.
• Strong background in parts operations, inventory management, procurement and stock control.
• Experience managing and developing parts teams to drive performance.
• Knowledge of supply chains, supplier negotiations, pricing and inventory optimisation.
• Understanding of construction equipment components and aftermarket parts.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and operational compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all parts operations, ensuring optimum stock availability to support business and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement effective parts inventory management strategies, including stock control, replenishment, forecasting and obsolescence management.
• Manage parts procurement, supplier relationships and purchasing activities, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, parts turnover, inventory accuracy and slow-moving stock, driving improvements in working capital and efficiency.
• Lead, develop and support the parts team, ensuring high productivity, accuracy and customer service.
• Establish and monitor parts KPIs, including availability, fill rates, stock turnover, margins and inventory performance.
• Oversee service operations, including maintenance, repairs and technical support for construction equipment.

Parts & Service Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our client, a leading construction equipment manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Manager to oversee and develop their Aftersales Operations across the UAE market.

The role will have a strong emphasis on Parts Management, including inventory control, procurement, stock optimisation and parts availability, alongside responsibility for service operations and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all parts operations, ensuring optimum stock availability to support business and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement effective parts inventory management strategies, including stock control, replenishment, forecasting and obsolescence management.
• Manage parts procurement, supplier relationships and purchasing activities, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, parts turnover, inventory accuracy and slow-moving stock, driving improvements in working capital and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop and support the parts team, ensuring high levels of productivity, accuracy and customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Parts Management or Parts & Service Management role within Construction Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Rental or a related industry.
• Strong background in parts operations, inventory management, procurement and stock control.
• Good understanding of parts supply chains, supplier negotiations, pricing and inventory optimisation.
• Experience managing and developing parts teams, with the ability to drive performance and operational improvements.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, machinery components and aftermarket parts.
• Previous responsibility for service operations and aftersales support would be highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
