Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies that support business growth, customer retention, service quality, and profitability.
- Lead service, parts, uptime, truck, construction equipment, and dealer aftersales activities with clear operational direction.
- Monitor aftersales P and L performance, revenue movement, margin trends, cost controls, and business improvement opportunities.
- Drive growth in service and parts revenue through stronger market penetration, customer engagement, retention programs, and disciplined follow‑up.
- Oversee warranty operations to ensure compliance with OEM procedures, claim accuracy, technical standards, and service documentation.
- Work closely with OEM partners, suppliers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders to maintain up‑to‑date service offerings and repair capability.
- Improve customer satisfaction through service recovery actions, feedback analysis, response discipline, and measurable customer experience initiatives.
- Lead and coach direct reports while strengthening accountability, productivity, teamwork, and operational ownership across the wider aftersales team.
- Review workshop performance, service KPIs, parts availability, uptime commitments, and repair quality to identify gaps and corrective actions.
- Promote a safety‑focused culture across service and technical operations, especially within trucks and construction equipment environments.
- Support cross‑functional coordination with sales, technical teams, finance, supply chain, and customer support to improve end‑to‑end service delivery.
- Use dealership management systems and operational reporting tools to track performance, improve visibility, and support data‑led decisions.
- Build a continuous improvement mindset across aftersales operations, with focus on quality, speed, cost efficiency, and customer confidence.
- Ensure all teams follow company standards, OEM requirements, compliance expectations, and professional service practices.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate should be a senior aftersales leader with strong experience in automotive service operations, dealership networks, trucks, construction equipment, parts revenue, and technical service performance. A bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in aftersales operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven background managing service, parts, warranty, customer satisfaction, and operational performance within an automotive business.
- Strong understanding of trucks and construction equipment systems, dealer operations, workshop structures, and OEM requirements.
- Ability to lead multiple managers and wider teams across technical, commercial, and customer‑facing functions.
- Solid commercial awareness with experience managing P and L, revenue growth, margins, productivity, and cost control.
