Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services represents a well-established UAE automotive distribution group headquartered in Dubai and seeks a Spare Parts Inventory Specialist. You will oversee spare parts stock across automotive and powersports brands, ensuring availability for workshops, service centers and customers.

Responsibilities include demand forecasting, setting reorder points and safety stock, coordinating with suppliers, and improving turnover while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in automotive spare parts inventory, parts planning, procurement or aftersales operations.
• Proven expertise in spare parts demand forecasting, inventory optimization, stock aging, ABC/FSN analysis, inventory turnover and replenishment planning.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts operations, supplier coordination, workshop requirements, parts catalogues and inventory management systems.

• Oversee spare parts inventory across automotive and powersports brands, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient replenishment and high parts availability for workshops, service centers and customers.
• Analyze parts consumption, forecast demand, establish reorder points and safety stock levels, and minimize excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage spare parts ordering, supplier follow-ups, lead times, purchase planning and inventory costs while ensuring timely availability of genuine parts.
