Job summary

AQ Motors is seeking a Technical Parts Support specialist to identify parts from digital catalogs, diagrams and serial numbers, verify stock and delivery timelines, and process orders, invoices and returns in the inventory system.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, troubleshoot issues with shipments, and maintain CRM documentation in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket environment. Prior dealership exposure is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in an automotive parts counter, auto parts trading, or related aftermarket role.
• Familiarity with automotive catalogs and inventory software (ERP/CRM).
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Professional empathy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts using digital catalogs, diagrams and serial numbers.
• Verify stock availability and estimated delivery timelines for clients.
• Process orders, invoices and returns in the inventory system.
• Coordinate shipping and track incoming inventory to ensure timely delivery.
