Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a Partnership Consultant – Business Set Up in Sharjah to drive growth by forming alliances with business setup consultants and channel partners. The role focuses on managing partner relationships, promoting UAE company formation and free zone solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets while coordinating with internal teams and attending networking events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, partnership management, or business development experience within UAE (preferably from UAE business Set Up, Freezones, Corporate Sales).
UAE DL / Own car is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop partnerships with business setup consultants and channel partners to drive new business.
Manage partner relationships through regular meetings, training, & CRM updates.
Promote company formation services, free zone solutions, and business packages to meet monthly sales targets.
Represent the company at networking events, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high conversion rates.
