Responsibilities

• Review existing workflows and identify operational gaps or unnecessary complexity.
• Recommend process changes that improve shop efficiency and service consistency.
• Prioritize issues according to urgency and their effect on company performance.
• Coordinate and optimize the complete partner-shop launch process.
• Confirm that new shops meet operational requirements before going live.
• Assess training needs across individual shops and partner groups.
• Prepare weekly and monthly training calendars.
• Deliver training on company policies and operating procedures.
• Coach shop employees on customer-service protocols and performance expectations.
• Monitor shop results following each training intervention.
• Measure progress and identify areas where further support is required.
• Prepare findings and improvement recommendations for the Head of Operations.
• Work with Quality Assurance colleagues to address recurring performance issues.
• Research tools and technology that can strengthen operating procedures.
• Support the implementation of approved operational solutions.
• Verify that tablets, desktop computers and related shop technology function correctly.
• Escalate technical issues that could disrupt orders or shop performance.
• Maintain clear records of training sessions, launch activities and follow-up actions.
• Build constructive working relationships with partner-shop personnel.
• Support wider operational initiatives as marketplace requirements evolve.
