Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and Customer Service vendors to identify and solve problems.
• Lead all Customer Service operations with a focus on customer obsession and delivery.
• Share best practices across the Amazon Customer Service network.
• Support procurement activities: vendor strategy, scoping, RFPs, pricing, and contracts.
• Create governance and standards for privacy, security, and compliant processes.
• Ensure security compliance and lead business continuity and new implementations.
• Show ownership and hands-on problem solving.
• Travel ~30% internationally.
