Qualifications

• Experience with procurement, pricing, or contract negotiations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Amazon stakeholders and external vendors.
• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned partners.
• Establish expectations for customer experience, quality, productivity, compliance, and performance.
• Review vendor results and identify trends affecting customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to determine main drivers of partner performance.
• Lead implementations and service transitions for new vendor programs.
