Job summary

Biznet Consulting is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize and report paid digital campaigns focused on quality lead generation. The candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, X/Twitter Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads, with strong tracking, analytics, and campaign testing.

Responsibilities include planning, launching and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing CPL and lead quality, and preparing regular performance

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in performance marketing, paid media or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads is mandatory.
• Experience with Snapchat Ads and X/Twitter Ads is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and retargeting campaigns.
• Ability to set up conversion tracking and prepare clear performance reports.
• B2B lead generation experience in consulting, real estate or professional services is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with good communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, Twitter, Google and Meta.
• Generate quality leads through paid search, social and retargeting campaigns.
• Build and optimize Lead Gen Forms and targeting by job title, industry and company size.
• Set up campaign tracking using GA4, GTM, Pixel tags and UTM links.
• Monitor daily performance, control ad spend and improve CPL and lead quality.
• Conduct A/B testing for copies, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with spend, impressions, clicks, leads and CPL.
• Research competitors, keywords and market trends to identify new opportunities.
