Job summary

HYDE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, security and smooth revenue processes. You will supervise Front Office and Night teams, manage the night audit, and coordinate with key departments to uphold service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional guest service orientation, and the ability to work overnight shifts within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in night management or supervision in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office and Night team during overnight operations.
• Oversee nightly audit and revenue reconciliation.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and escalations.
• Maintain safety and security of guests and property.
• Coordinate emergencies and incidents when required.
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Prepare shift reports and handover to day management.
