Job summary

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a Restaurant & Room Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain service standards in line with the Anantara brand.

You will lead a motivated team, monitor service quality, coordinate with the kitchen, manage floor plans and reservations, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and develop a high-performing, guest-centric team on the floor during service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and room service operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead a service-oriented team with prompt, courteous, and personalised service.
• Monitor service standards and coordinate with kitchen for seamless dining.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures comply with Manager’s Checklist.
• Train and coach team members to maintain Anantara standards.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety standards.
• Manage staffing, reservations, schedules, and station allocation.
• Maintain floor presence and handle guest concerns and service recovery.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure grooming and uniform standards.
• Support effective training programs for new and existing staff.
• Encourage empowerment to resolve guest concerns.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and operational enhancements.
