Job summary

Aloft Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to ensure staff teamwork and deliver exceptional guest service across all outlets. You will inspect grooming, supervise opening/closing duties, and coordinate inventories and stock, while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees, serving as a role model for Marriott's Fair Treatment/Open Door policy.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff teamwork and optimum service; meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening/closing duties, restock supplies, and perform inventories.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; uphold company policies.
