Job summary

Aloft is seeking a capable leader to supervise daily restaurant operations and assist with menu planning at our Abu Dhabi location. The role involves maintaining sanitation standards, supporting servers and hosts during peak times, and driving guest satisfaction and financial performance in the food and beverage areas.

The ideal candidate will train staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage staffing and workflow to meet operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 4 years in food & beverage or related professional area.
• Or a 2-year degree in a related field with 2 years experience in F&B or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning.
• Maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
• Leads by example, coaches staff, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversees staffing, financial objectives, and guest satisfaction within areas of responsibility.
• Provides leadership and direction to align departmental goals and improve service quality.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the same field.
