Job summary

Le Méridien Abu Dhabi seeks a Hotel Supervisor to lead our guest services team. You will ensure staff collaboration to provide optimum service, oversee grooming and attire, and manage opening/closing duties with proper supplies and cleanliness.

You will aid management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees, while upholding safety, confidentiality, and Marriott standards. Strong guest engagement and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire; rectify any deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties with supplies and cleaning.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees.
• Uphold safety policies and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests per Marriott standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Develop positive working relationships and support the team.
