Job summary

Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for Pierchic to lead daily operations, ensure service excellence, maintain brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting and inventory skills, and good communication; Italian language is a plus, and a multicultural team environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing high-end restaurants or outlets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to inspire and develop multicultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of financial operations, budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; additional languages are preferred; Italian is highly desirable.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager - Pierchic to join Jumeirah Al Qasr.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Oversee the daily operations ensuring seamless service, exceptional quality, hygiene, and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage the overall guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the team to consistently deliver world-class service.
• Monitor financial performance, manage inventory, and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Drive revenue through strategic promotions, upselling initiatives, and close collaboration with the marketing team.
• Prepare reports, manage administrative tasks, and support the continuous development of the team.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing high-end restaurants or outlets, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop multicultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Exceptional communication, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
• Additional languages are preferred; Italian is highly desirable.
