Jumeirah seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager for Madinat Jumeirah from Sep 2026. You will support day-to-day outlet operations, maintain high service standards, handle guest feedback, and help optimize financial performance through inventory, budgeting and cost control.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management (Health & Safety certs advantageous), and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management; Health & Safety certification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or luxury F&B environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory and cost control.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Support the day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with procedures.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Assist in managing financial performance, including inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training and workforce planning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives and improve guest satisfaction and profitability.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join one of the outlets of Madinat Jumeirah from September 2026onwards:

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Support the day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in managing financial performance, including inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance support, and effective workforce planning to maintain a high-performing team
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation across all areas of the outlet.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
