Job summary

Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for Summersalt Beach Club. Lead day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensure exceptional service delivery, and uphold brand standards.

Fluent English is required, with a second language (Russian or European languages) preferred. Strong budgeting, cost-control, and revenue-driving capabilities are essential; experience in a 5-star luxury property and team leadership is expected.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.


• Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedback.


• Drive outlet performance through effective team leadership, motivation, and regular training that enhances service and product knowledge.


• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow market share and optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency.


• Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions to ensure smooth and profitable operations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club.


• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).


• Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.


• Experience leading a multi-cultural team.
