Jumeirah Al Naseem is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead F&B service in a luxury 5-star setting. You will drive daily operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a standalone restaurant within Madinat Jumeirah.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position and 1-2 years in premium fine dining at a luxury hotel, with strong leadership and guest-service focus. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant.
• 1-2 years Food and Beverage Experience in a premium Fine Dining Establishment in a 5-star Hotel on a Management level.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedback.
