Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, invites applications for an Assistant Outlet Manager for Pierchic at Jumeirah Al Qasr, Dubai. You will support daily outlet operations, ensure service excellence, and help manage financial performance.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Hotel/F&B Management, 3–5 years of luxury hospitality experience, and strong leadership skills to coach a high-performing team.

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Pierchic in Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role includes:

• Support the day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in managing financial performance, including inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance support, and effective workforce planning to maintain a high-performing team.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation across all areas of the outlet.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
