TU Holdings Group is seeking an Outlet Assistant Manager in Abu Dhabi to support the Outlet Manager in leading daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

You will supervise and develop a reliable FOH team, engage with guests to address feedback, and manage rosters, cash handling, and POS tasks while coordinating with kitchen and back-of-house to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 3–4 years in the Food & Beverage industry with 1–2 years in a supervisory/assistant-manager role.
• Experience in UAE or GCC hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS, cash handling, and basic F&B inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Outlet Manager in directing day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale.
• Engage with guests during service hours to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Prepare weekly staff rosters, monitor attendance, and manage shift changes for adequate floor coverage.
• Monitor F&B inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and support waste reduction measures.
• Ensure adherence to local health, safety and hygiene regulations (HSE).
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-shift financial reporting accurately.
• Collaborate with culinary and back-of-house teams to guarantee clear communication between kitchen and dining floor.

The Outlet Assistant Manager supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the dining venue This role is dedicated to ensuring exceptional guest experiences maintaining high service standards and assisting in the supervision and development of the front-of-house team The Assistant Manager acts as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Outlet Manager driving operational efficiency monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and assisting with cost control and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in directing day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise train and motivate staff members including waitstaff bartenders and hostesses to maintain high performance and morale
• Engage actively with guests during service hours to ensure satisfaction gather feedback and professionally resolve any complaints or service issues
• Prepare weekly staff rosters monitor attendance and manage shift changes to ensure adequate floor coverage
• Assist in monitoring F amp B inventory levels conducting routine stock counts and implementing waste reduction measures
• Ensure the venue consistently adheres to all local health safety and food hygiene HSE regulations
• Manage cash handling procedures POS system operations and accurate end-of-shift financial reporting
• Collaborate with the culinary and back-of-house teams to guarantee seamless communication between the kitchen and the dining floor

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory, team leader, or assistant manager role. Previous experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality sector is highly preferred. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems, cash handling, and basic F&B inventory management.
