WAKA Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations managing a diverse team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand standards. This is a leadership position that requires a professional decisive and customer-focused individual who can drive operational excellence and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise train and motivate restaurant staff fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
• Manage staff scheduling performance evaluations and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service that exceeds customer expectations
• Monitor and control food costs labor expenses and overall budget adherence to maximize profitability
• Maintain inventory levels manage supplier relationships and coordinate ordering of food and beverage supplies
• Implement and enforce health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze sales performance identify trends and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports including financial statements and performance metrics to senior management
• Customize marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and foot traffic

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
• Solid understanding of financial management budgeting and cost control principles
• Knowledge of food safety standards health regulations and sanitation best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
• Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure
