Confidential in Dubai is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager for outbound sales. The role focuses on expanding the travel trade network, acquiring clients, and building strategic partnerships with agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate has proven outbound sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals in a fast-paced travel context.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism Management, or related field.
• Relevant B2B sales experience in travel and tourism industry required.
• Strong outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting and new client acquisition skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, corporate partners).
• Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel industry partners and key accounts.
• Promote holiday packages, destination services, and DMC solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reports.
• Explore new markets and business expansion opportunities.
