Job summary

Travel Tricks Tourism L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced outbound travel professional who can handle enquiries from start to finish. You will assess client needs, propose destinations and itineraries, and prepare quotations and detailed proposals.

You will coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other suppliers, follow up with clients, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in outbound travel.
• Proven ability to create and sell international itineraries.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing budgets.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound travel enquiries independently.
• Understand client needs and recommend destinations and itineraries.
• Prepare quotations and detailed travel proposals.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other suppliers.
• Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to completion.
