TechMantra Global is seeking an experienced Oracle BRM L3 Production Support Engineer to uphold and troubleshoot enterprise production environments in Dubai. The role focuses on advanced L3 support for Oracle BRM, diagnosing complex issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

You will work with BRM, OCS, PCF, Rating, DM, CM and Connection Manager, analyze logs, and execute approved fixes while coordinating with Oracle Support and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• Strong Oracle BRM L3 production support experience.
• Hands-on Oracle BRM expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of OCS, PCF, Rating, DM, CM and Connection Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for complex Oracle BRM issues.
• Troubleshoot BRM, OCS and PCF-related issues.
• Troubleshoot rating and configuration issues.
• Analyse application logs, dumps and production failures.
• Execute approved production fixes and coordinate technical recovery.
• Support critical incidents and provide rapid resolution.
