TechMantra Global in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Production Engineer to join the technology team onsite. The role focuses on production engineering, incident management and support across mobile, web and BFF services, with emphasis on React Native, APIs, microservices and SQL.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot defects, assist releases/rollbacks, improve reliability and performance, and contribute to post-release validation and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Full-Stack Production Engineering experience.

Job Overview

TechMantra Global is looking for an experienced Full-Stack Production Engineer to join its technology team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on production engineering and support across mobile, web and backend-for-frontend (BFF) services.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot production defects, implement approved BAU fixes, support application releases and rollbacks, and improve application performance and reliability. Strong experience with React Native, web technologies, APIs/BFF, microservices and SQL will be important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve production defects across mobile, web and BFF services.
• Troubleshoot application and service-related production issues.

• Support application releases and deployment activities.
• Perform post-release validation.
• Support rollback activities when required.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
