Job summary

BauschLomb in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Pharmaceutical Sales professional to drive growth across Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas. You will promote our ophthalmology-focused portfolio to hospitals, physicians, pharmacists and healthcare institutions, while building strong key account relationships and engaging KOLs.

Role requires 5+ years in UAE pharma sales, a valid UAE driving license, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets across healthcare institutions.
• Experience engaging with specialists, physicians, pharmacies and hospitals.
• Strong understanding of UAE healthcare ecosystem and market access.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and customer engagement.
• Promote the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals including specialists, physicians, pharmacists, hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Effectively utilize promotional resources and marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
• Ensure excellent execution of promotional activities and provide market insights to the wider business.
• Partner closely with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance and Commercial leadership.
• Represent the company at medical congresses, scientific meetings and industry events.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate territory records and reporting.
• Safeguard company assets and uphold professionalism and integrity.
