Bausch + Lomb in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a highly motivated Therapeutic Area Partner to drive pharmaceutical sales growth and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. In this field-based role, you will promote the portfolio to specialists, physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and institutions while delivering value to patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Life Sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within the UAE market.
• Proven track record delivering sales targets and managing territories.
• Experience engaging with specialists, physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Experience in Key Account Management including government, private sector, and institutional customers.
• Solid understanding of the UAE healthcare ecosystem, regulations, and market access landscape.
• Preferred ophthalmology experience.
• Exposure to specialty or rare disease products is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory objectives within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and customer engagement.
• Promote the pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including specialists, physicians, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Effectively utilize promotional resources and marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
• Ensure excellent execution of promotional activities and provide market insights to the wider business.
• Partner closely with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial leadership.
• Represent the company at medical congresses, scientific meetings, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate territory records and reporting.
• Safeguard company assets and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
